We are located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and we regularly service the surrounding areas including; Beaumont, Devon, Leduc, Sherwood Park, Fort Saskatchewan, Morinville, St. Albert, Spruce Grove, and Stony Plain.

A mileage charge may be incorporated exceeding 35 kms out of the City.
How can I get a quote for my hot tub?

What can I expect when I book a service with Big Blue? 
We’re a mom-and-pop operation so you can expect us (Russ & Rae) to be the ones performing the job! We’ll set up the best date and time with you for your chosen services and determine any special requirements with you upfront, like contactless service, key codes or chemical preferences for example.

For your appointment, we’ll meet with you (or not depending on preference) to provide you with an overview of the services for the day and get to work. Once done, we’ll clean up and head out. You can expect your invoice 12-24 hours after your service is complete.
What do you mean by “balancing the water”?
The water in your hot tub isn’t going anywhere between uses so it is always recommended to maintain your water with the right amount of spa chemicals. These chemicals keep out uninvited guests, like bacteria and algae, as well as preventing equipment damage or even illnesses like skin rashes or eye infections. When we balance your hot tub water, our goal is to strike the perfect balance of alkalinity, pH and sanitizer to keep your water clean, clear, comfortable and safe for you and your family to enjoy.
How often should I drain and refill my hot tub?
Our recommendation is a Drain N’ Fill service every 3-4 months to keep your water fresh and healthy.
I’ve heard hot water refills can damage my spa, how are you different?
Our heated water process ensures that your tub is not exposed to high enough temperatures that would cause damage. If you were to fill your hot tub with hot water from your regular home water heater, you run the risk of damaging the spa’s interior shell, leading to cracks. Most home water heaters are set between 49°-60° C (120°-140° F) while your hot tub is designed for a maximum temperature of 40°C (104°F). We use specially tuned heaters that maintain a spa-safe temperature for quick and easy filling and reheating.
